Description
Lane Community College of Eugene, Oregon, is issuing this Request for
Proposal from qualified firms under ORS279C to provide Construction
Management/General Contracting (CM/GC) Services for the Building 12 Demolition,
Public Safety Relocation, and Elevated Platform Remediation Project.
The selected CM/GC firm will provide construction management and general
contracting services, starting with preconstruction services and extending
through construction. Proposers must have a current State of Oregon
contractor's CCB license and this RFP is governed by the laws of the State of
Oregon.
